Mr. Matthew "Cohen" Allred

Earlier this month, we had the honor of going to Post, Texas to watch Cohen in his end-of-school program. During the program, we watched in awe as Cohen and his classmates recited a few of the several memory verses they had learned, as well as a couple of songs. He did amazing!! You could tell that he was nervous, however, I honestly don't think that he missed a word! My favorite part of the program was when a story was told about Cohen. Cohen and his classmates were given some cards with numbers on them. They were told to identify the numbers and to place them in order. Not only did Cohen finish first, but his cards were placed very neatly as well. His teacher came by and prasied Cohen and asked him to give her five. Instead of giving the typical "high five," Cohen picked up the card with the "5" on it and gave it to his teacher! Way to go Cohen!!!
